Shipping Policy
General
We will ship your product to you by method you choose. You have the option of next day, second day, three day, or ground shipping. The Shipping charges that are automatically calculated for you when placing an order are ESTIMATES only. Actual shipping charges will be calcuated when the order is processed. If the shipping charges are more then 50% higher then estimated, you will be contacted to authorize the total charge.
If any shipment is refused, you will be charged $25.00 in addition to any restocking fees.
We can process domestic orders only via the Web. We are sorry, but we are unable to process international orders.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days from date of order. Delays may occur if improper shipping addresses are provided and Shipments are subject to stock availability.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Expedition Fees
Triton Systems and Tidel Engineering charge an expedition fee for any parts shipped faster then ground.
These charges are charged by the manufactures and NOT by Kahuna Business Group, we are only passing these fees along.
Currently the fees are as follows:
- Triton Systems Inc: $25 in addition to shipping charges
- Tidel Engineering: $25 in addition to shipping charges
Cancellations
You may cancel any order before the order has been shipped. Generally shipping time is 2pm central time.
Once the order has been shipped, returns are subject the return policies below.
Backorders
We automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer our members the most up-to date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock.
If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available via UPS ground. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting order processing at atmsupply@kahunaworld.com.
Return Policy
If your new product becomes defective within the first ninety (90) days after the shipping date you may return it for an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must create an RMA number by visiting www.kahunaworld.com/rma.
All parts that are returned that are not defective or unused will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded. All return shipping costs should be prepaid by the customer.
There are NO RETURNS on non-defective or unused Triton Parts.Be sure you know what you are ordering when you place the order. If you have any questions while browsing our store, please call us at the toll free number above.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Kahuna Business Group will not accept any opened Software returns, except for same-item exchange only. The RMA number is good for only one (1) order and must match the product(s) authorized for return. In order to receive credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or forfeiture of your credit.
All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the a full manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are offered by Kahuna Business Group; please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.
All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
