There are four volume control patches from Nautilus Hyosung that are now available. Two of the four patches are available for download below. Your certified NH technician will have access to the NH Pro Download Utility for the remaining two. All patches are free of charge.
- Software version v21.20.16 (1500 ARM9). To download, use the NH Pro download utility.
- Software version v31.20.16 (1800 standard). To download, use the NH Pro download utility.
- Software version v01.04.11 (1800ce, 5000ce, 5300ce). Click to download, then save to your desktop.
- Software version v06.00.17 (1800se, 2700ce, 2700t, 4000w). Click to download, then save to your desktop.
For those patches that are downloadable above, you'll need an empty USB drive to put the patch onto. Here's how:
- Download the patch and save it to your desktop.
- Double click the patch on your desktop to unzip the file.
- Double click the unzipped file so you can see the file called 'update'.
- Move the 'update' file to your blank USB drive.
Go to each terminal requiring the patch and follow the menu information below:
- Plug the loaded USB into the ATM.
- Log into the ATM.
- Go to system setup.
- Go to system control.
- Go to software update.
- Select yes to update the software.
